  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
